How soon will my order reach me?
All our garments are on a made-to-order model, so please understand that we don't keep inventory and your order will be made from scratch with love and care, which can take anywhere between 10-14 working days, with an additional shipping time of about 3-4 days. In case you want an urgent delivery please feel free to call us on +91 9689214064 and we shall try our best.
How do I know you’ve shipped my order?
Tracking details are mailed to you after we ship your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only in India.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free anywhere in India.
Returns & Exchange
What is your returns & exchange policy?
At Vriti, we hand-make every piece to suit your need. We do our utmost to ensure you shop with ease and look your best always. But, in rare circumstances, you can request a return or exchange in the following situations:
- The ordered piece doesn’t fit you. We can offer an exchange in size.
- The piece received is damaged or defective
- You have received the wrong or incomplete order
- Only non-sale products are eligible for return or exchange
If you satisfy the above criteria, we will replace or exchange your garment at our expense or issue you a refund/ store credit for the order value. Please contact us at email@example.com or +919689214064 within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive your request, we will intimate you on the returns or exchange process. Please bear in mind that we should receive the returned garment, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging with all the tags intact within 15 days of us acknowledging your request. We will not be liable for any damages caused to the garment during transit.
Please note that our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What is the process to return a product?
Contact us on +91 9689214064 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will need the invoice number/ order number, products you wish to return and the reason.
How long will it take to process my return or refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
In case of an approved replacement or exchange, it will take around 10-15 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days.
What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Do you have a reverse pickup service?
At this moment we do not offer a reverse pickup service. We request you to courier the garment back to our workshop. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is out of stock and needs to be cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If cancelled, a refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 working days.
Do you customise clothes for fit?

What are the modes of shopping and payment you use?
We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as bank transfer for online orders.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes you can, please write to us in the note section during check out. You can also email us the details at email@example.com
Do you retail through physical stores?
Our workshop in Mumbai has a small showcasing unit where you can come browse our collections.
We are open from Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 6 pm
